Details of Engraved Cylinder

Engraved cylinders are used for printing purpose only and they play a very important role in making these bags
beautiful and attractive cylinders are engraved through two processes:

• Chemical Engraving
• Electronic Engraving

For a very sharp printing quality electronic engraving is preferred and this is costlier compared to chemical engraving. As per the design we suggest the customer that which engraving should be preferred Cylinders are outsourced from the top companies and we do have tie ups for the same. Note: The Cylinder expenses has to be borne by the Customer and it remains always the customers property only.

Single Side Multicolor Printed BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags

• Front side will be multi color printed and back side can be printed with Flexo printing
• This bags are used because Front side will be for the Branding purpose with the artwork and Brand names, in back side we will use Flexo printing for the technical contents as they keep changing, so you don’t have to bear the cylinder cost always for the updations in the printing
• Some product need ventilation so back side remains Un-laminated and front side with multi color prints and laminations
• These bag reduces the cost for both cylinders and bags
• We have an automatic and manual printing machine with corona treatment and dryer for the Flexo Printing
• We use the high quality inks to print the bags and these are also approved with FDA
• We use Nylon and Rubber stereo for good printing quality

Multicolor Printed BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags with Gussets

• The Gusseted bag holds a very good grip when it is stacked at warehouses or supermarkets
• This bags occupy very less space in the ware houses or while transportation as they are gusseted
• We provide two types of printing in the gusseted area, one is normal gusset printing and another is center gusset printing and the prints done on the gussets with the brand names give them a beautiful looks after stacking
• In Normal Gussets the printing is done beautifully on the two equally divided parts of the gusset to display the brand names or artwork etc
• In Center Gussets the printing is done beautifully on the center of the gusset and the size of the print can be bigger as we use the whole space of the gusset
• Gussets can be customized from 1” (2.54 cm) from to 10” (25.4 cm) & above
• There will be no folds (crease) in gussets

Note : The Gusseted Bags has to be stitched adjusting the gussets properly after packing the materials.

Multicolor Printed BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags with Liner

We have in house facility of liner manufacturing. Liner is not only protecting the product’s external elements but also ensures complete safety against any sort of leakage and pilferage. It is available as per below specification.

• We provide the liner inside the bag or separately with or without bottom stitch.
• We provide liner top hemmed with HDPE / PP Woven Bag.
• Liner made from different type of material like LLDPE, LDPE, HM, HDPE etc.
• Liner is available from 100 gauges (25 micron / 23 gsm) to 600 gauges (150 micron / 138 gsm) and above.
• Liner size is available from 25 cm to 150 cm (10” to 60”) in circular.

Liner’s bottom seam can be made as you need like single seam or double seam at bottom of the liner or 2” to 2.5” away from bottom of the liner.
