HDPE/PP Woven Bags with liner

We have in house facility of liner manufacturing. Liner is not only protecting the products external elements but also ensures complete safety against any sort of leakage and pilferage. It is available as per below specification.

• We provide the liner inside the bag or separately with or without bottom stitch.
• We provide liner top hemmed with HDPE / PP Woven Bag.
• Liner made from different type of material like LLDPE, LDPE, HM, HDPE etc.
• Liner is available 100 gauges (25 micron / 23 gsm) to 600 gauges (150 micron / 138 gsm) and above.
• Liner size is available from 25 cm to 150 cm (10” to 60”) in circular.
• Liner bottom seam can be made as you need like single seam or double seam at bottom of the liner or 2” to 2.5” away from bottom of the liner.

HDPE/PP Woven Gusseted Bags

• HDPE/PP Woven bag is available with both side gussets.
• Gussets available in regular center Gussets & shifted Gussets in circular bags.
• Gussets can be customized from 1” (2.54 cm) from to 10” (25.4 cm) & above.

There will be no folds (crease) in gussets

HDPE/PP Woven Valve Bags

• We provide “valve” in any size of bag.
• Valve size is as per your requirement.
• We specially take care about valve’s size because this is used in online plant and size variation is not allowed in this kind of plants, special care is taken on the quality.

HDPE/PP Woven Top Hemmed Bags

• Top hemming avoids removal of the threads from the edge of the Unlaminated Bags.
• Bags are Hemmed at top mainly when they are Unlaminated.
• Top Hemming allow the bag to be opened easily from its mouth side.
• We can stitch the entire mouth of the bag with the matching threads in a single stitch.

HDPE/PP Woven Flexo Printed Bags

• We have an automatic and manual printing machine with corona treatment and dryer.
• We can provide printing single side & both side upto any four colors.
• We use the high quality inks to print the bags and these are also approved with FDA.
• We use Nylon and Rubber stereo for good printing quality.
• We can provide the bags approved with tape test and rub test.
• No bag impression will be found on bags as we have the hot dryer installed on the printing machine itself which does not allow the print to come on the another Bag.

HDPE/PP Woven Bags with Handle and D - Cut

• Handle and D – Cut are used mainly in 5 kg and 10 kg bags
• We provide nylon and plastic matching handles
• We use matching threads to stitch the bag
• These bags can be easily carried, so this is re-used and indirectly the brand is promoted

HDPE/PP Woven Ez Open Bags

• EZ open bags means they can be opened from the mouth side easily
• You just have to hold the wide tape & pull the narrow tape and it will easily open the stitch from the mouth side of the bag
• Once the bag is opened cannot be re stitched again and this will avoid the duplication
• We have consistency on the stitching of EZ opening as no space is left and the materials will not be leaked
• We are using PP laminated materials for the Narrow tape as well as wide tape, so the whole bag can be recycled

HDPE/PP Woven Back Seam Bags

We have with us extensive experience in successfully understanding as well as meeting the supply demands of HDPE / PP woven back seam bags.

We have back seam plant with latest back side seam technology with strong welding.

Size variations will be very less in this kind of bags.

This bags are specially made by us for the online filling plants.

Gussets are also available on these kind of bags without any folds (creases).

HDPE/PP Woven Ventilated Bags

• We provide ventilated fabrics with the latest technology which gives real gives ventilation to the in filled product.
• Special kinds of looms are used to make this bags.

• Mainly Wicket are used for holding the bags on automatic plants.
• Wickets can be done through Heat as well as blade cut at our plant.

• We are also careful on the distance of two wickets to avoid the problems on the online plants.
• We have very much consistency on the wicket bags and special care is given on the same.

• We can provide any HDPE / PP woven bags with Micro Perforation.
• Perforation can be done from 1” (2.54 cm) to the whole size of bags
• The pin holes used for Micro perforation are very sharp and perfect.
• Micro Perforation is done in such way that one cannot see the holes and air will also be passed through the bags, so the in filled product can breathe easily.
